  "Description": "Biodiversity is in crisis. The overarching aim of\nconservation is to preserve biodiversity patterns and\nprocesses. To this end, protected areas are established to\nbuffer species and preserve biodiversity processes. But\nresources are limited and so protected areas must be\ncost-effective. This package contains tools to generate plans\nfor protected areas (prioritizations), using spatially explicit\ntargets for biodiversity patterns and processes. To obtain\nsolutions in a feasible amount of time, this package uses the\ncommercial 'Gurobi' software (obtained from\n<https://www.gurobi.com/>).
